About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Egg Handler to join our Vaccines Flu Manufacturing department on a 8-month contract. This part-time positionare 30 hours per week, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to world healthcare, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Major Responsibilities:
Perform and support upstream operations activities.
Management of eggs flow through the Flu manufacturing process including receipt of egg deliveries. inspection and egg waste handling.
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance through process improvement, housekeeping, inspection readiness activities and other duties as assigned such as egg related data collection activities.
Maintain safe work environment by following HSE requirements.
About You (Minimum Qualifications):
High School Diploma
Minimum six (6) months of previous relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous or current experience in the food,warehouse, assembly and/ormanufacturingindustries
Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing and/or Laboratory Practices
Basic mechanical skills, initiative, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal skills, and stress/time management.
Hours Of Work & Working Conditions:
Inclusive from Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing/laboratory environment including lifting (up to 20kg) and standing for extended periods of time.
Must receive an influenza vaccine in order to enter production facilities and perform the required job responsibilities.
