As Vaccines Market Access and Pricing Leadwithin our Vaccines Team, you’ll be responsible for price and access management in Partner markets and the countries in the region , with the objective to optimize the price reference and reimbursement in the region as a total and at country level, including monitoring and analysis of pricing impacts at to global level.

Key Responsibilities

      Pricing Management:

• Monitor the EU regulations and national regulations on price management for EU Partner markets and MCO countries
• Acts as interface b/n Sanofi and Vaccines HQs & Partners & is 1st point of contact on any Pricing & Access topics for EU Partner Markets and MCO country Access teams.
• Establish trustful and long-term relations with all countries in CSE MCO perimeter.
• Receive and evaluate all price change requests from the Partner and countries with the help of the local access teams
• Prepares GM analysis & provide recommendation for Go/No Go for each price change request with the help of the local access teams .
• Prepares & follow up all price change requests in GPS (Global & non-Global Products) and share the relevant approval/non approval with the Partner and countries with the help of the local access teams .
• Coordinate, follow and secure the submitted price accuracy in the Partner Markets and countries.
• Responsible for Annex 2 / Pricing Waterfalls monthly update at Partner markets.
• Responsible for updating GPS for Vaccines portfolio for all PME countries. Coordinating updating GPS for Vaccines in the MCO countries with the help of the local access teams   
• Quarterly pricing follow-up and proceed with reconciliation process (True-up process) with Partner.
• Responsible for Price Certificates. Monitor & provide at need the information on reference prices from reference countries to in Partner Markets. Ensure full alignment with Internal Sanofi pricing validation process & approval by major stakeholders.
• Collect the information about prices - CIP (manufacturer price), distributor price and retail (including VAT) - from the different databases and websites that are available for each of the Partner Markets and MCO Countries.
• Follow and secure the implementation of the pricing and reimbursement strategy approved by the regional management.
• Coordinates all pricing activities within Partner Markets. (T1/T2/Budget exercises) and helping local Access teams in it.
• Monitor BOI/GM sustainability and provide GtN analysis & evaluation.
• Collaboration with CSE MA Team regarding price increase initiatives.
• Co-ordination & implementation of SOPs & WOWs in all Partner Markets.

      Market Access:

• Act as the link between the partner/country access teams and CSE MCO MA on Sanofi Vaccines market access topics, including new launches and sustained access to Sanofi portfolio in Partner markets and MCO countries.
• Liaises with the partner on Sanofi’s global price strategy for the new product launches, to optimize commercial success & advises on launch sequence, considering the impact of international price referencing.
• Establish trustful and long-term relations with all countries in EU Partner market perimeter.
• Responsible to build and set up access strategy for the new product launches in Partner Markets and SCE MCO countries or expansion of reimbursement/price protection of products already reimbursed, according with global strategies, tools & best practices. Supports Partner and the MCO countries market access teams in building Business cases as needed. Coordinates the Vaccines portfolio access strategy with global partner functions and Sanofi GMAx function, to ensure consistent local value story and tools are in place in a timely manner.
• Provides input into product forecasts, including strategic, operational, and financial Forecasting.
• Ensure full alignment with Internal Vaccines validation process & approval flow.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of market access priorities.

About you

Education:

• University Degree.

Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Market access and pricing in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in leading processes in terms of planning and execution, ability to build MA and strategic pricing plans.
• Experience in working with diverse teams.
• Broad based knowledge of the Sanofi product portfolio and culture, strategies and business models of different marketplaces.
• Ability to perform strategic analyses and planning.
• Excellent English language knowledge and skills (written and verbal).
• MS Office knowledge and skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Developed skills in Sanofi Internal Market Access and pricing tools (GPS…).

• Excellent analytical skills including ability to analyze MA/pricing decisions to overall Sanofi performance.
