Unter der Leitung des Commercial Head und des Costumer Engagemant Managers unterstützt du in diversen Aufgaben wie Marketing und Sales sowie auch an der Schnittstelle zu Medical.

Hauptaufgaben:
▪ Optimale Unterstützung im Product Management, sämtliche Marketingaktivitäten wie Freigabeprozesse, Agenturschnittstellenmanagement
▪ Organisation von Kongressen und Veranstaltungen lokal und international
▪ Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen
▪ Schnittstelle zu den Außendienstmitarbeitenden und Commercial Head und Medical Engagement Manager
▪ Erstellung von Projekten, Mithilfe bei der Budgeterstellung und Bearbeitung
▪ Vertragserstellung für Referenten und andere KOL Engagements
Über Dich
▪ Gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
▪ Beherrschung der Office-Programme (v. a. Excel und PowerPoint)
▪ Teamfähigkeit
▪ Selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hohem Eigenverantwortungsbewusstsein
▪ Organisationstalent, Genauigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
▪ Idealerweise Erfahrung im Marketingbereich
