Main responsibilities:
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, predominately on Morning and Afternoon shifts
Carry out regular Quality Checks, rectifying any non conformances, providing ongoing training and identifying ongoing process improvements.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are being adhered to in a safe and hazard free environment
Partner closely with various stakeholders from Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Packaging, Engineering, Supply Chain and more..
Use your attention to detail and problem solving skills to trouble-shoot issues and find solutions
Take calculated risks that are within compliance to be action orientated and decision making
Reporting and administrative duties related to record keeping and procedures
Use your automation and technical skills to upskill and excel across operational, packaging and mechanical
About you
Experience:
Previous experience in a Manufacturing Facility (FMCG, Consumer or Pharmaceutical environment preferred)
Safety culture awareness
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of GMP
Automation, Packaging or Mechanical skills (the more, the better)
Tech savvy- Troubleshooting and problem solving
High attention to detail ,and mechanical aptitude
Good written communication skills
Soft Skills:
Methodological and strategic thinking
Ambitious and eager to learn and develop
Ability to follow procedures
Good levels of autonomy
Team orientated and collaborative
Language:
Good working level of English required.
