Sanofi Vitry-sur-Seine est l’un des sites les plus innovants du Groupe, avec plus de 2 000 collaborateurs. Doté d’un outil de production ultramoderne, le Biolaunch, le site maitrise à la fois les activités de recherche, de développement et de fabrication de produits de biotechnologies. Les pathologies que nous traitons ? Le cancer, les maladies neurodégénératives et les maladies cardiovasculaires.
Au sein de l’atelier de production Biolaunch, le Superviseur Production Biotechnologie gère l’ensemble des opérations de fabrication permettant la production de lots de principes actifs de biotechnologie cliniques et commerciaux dans le strict respect des règles HSE et qualité.
Principales responsabilités:
- A en charge la gestion de la zone de production
- Assure le déroulement des étapes de fabrication en respectant le planning de l’atelier, adapté aux besoins et en fonction des ressources disponibles (personnes, équipements)
- Avec la collaboration de ses techniciens responsables de zone ou remplaçant, assure la gestion des activités de chaque train
- Organise les activités transverses (échantillons, intervention de maintenance, petits équipements, activité de qualifications et validations)
- Être le relais de communication entre le responsable de production et les techniciens
- Expert technique : point de contact privilégié pour la résolution de problèmes techniques complexes, réalise des prises de décision process
- Assure l’information montante et descendante en rapportant au responsable de production et aux experts opérationnels
- Être un coordinateur HSE / Qualité / SMS en collaboration avec ses responsables de zone
- Fait respecter les règles et contraintes sécurité et qualité pendant son quart
- En assurant les visites de chantier et la signature des bons de travaux dans le respect des règles HSE
- Assure le management de son équipe
- Assure les entretiens d’évaluation et le développement de carrière de l’ensemble des membres de son équipe
- Réalise les assignations des plans de formation et le suivi de la réalisation des formations

Compétences techniques :
- Connaissance de l'industrie pharmaceutique et de la biotechnologie
- Maîtrise de procédés de production
- Gestion des aléas complexes et prise de décision
- Connaissance des BPF – participation aux audits – revue des plans de fabrication et gestion des déviations opératoires
- Participation aux processus de mise à disposition des équipements et signatures des bons de travaux
- Accompagne la gestion du changement et les changements culturels
