Main responsibilities:
- Respond to user service requests, troubleshoot issues, and assist in developing solutions.
- Support PC hardware, desktop operating systems, and application software.
- Perform minor repairs and arrange for necessary servicing of equipment.
- Record service activities, solutions, and responses.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and equipment documentation.
- Contribute to Sanofi IT documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development.
- Assist the IT Digital team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
- Support our site’s Digital Transformation project.
- Maintain open communication and positive working relationships with staff.
About you
- Education: 2nd or 3rd year student working towards a degree in IT
- Soft and technical skills:
- Proficiency in common IT applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Basic understanding of computer networking.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication, customer orientation, and engagement skills.
- Ability to remain calm, confident, and focused under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Resourceful and innovative.
- Values diversity and integrity.
