Main responsibilities:
- Timely creation and distribution of Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers/warehouse team.
- Manage expedite requirements.
- Build & maintain supplier relationships.
- Liaise with P2P team on invoice queries.
- Complete Purchasing tasks in accordance with SOP standards and GXP compliance.
- Lead weekly supplier meetings.
About you
- Education: 2nd or 3rd or 4th year bachelor's student working towards a degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant discipline.
- Soft and technical skills:
- Highly motivated, ability to work independently.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, efficient in time management & task prioritisation.
- Confident, able to build, manage & maintain relationships at all levels.
- Solution oriented approach to issues.
- Good knowledge of cGxP.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential.
