Provide Level 1 support via Ticketing system and be engaged in the Customer Service process
Responsible of the Knowledge Base for Africa : Redaction, update and retirement of articles
Support of all communication plans within People Services and People & Culture
Presentation preparation & hosting calls
Source of proposals to ensure continuous improvement of processes
Analysis of recurring subjects and feedbacks and implement action plans to reach targets in terms of exhaustivity & quality
Development & simplification initiatives
Train team members, stakeholders and employees
Take part in local & global projects within scope
Ensure an efficient change management
Work in coordination with other pillars and stakeholders
Manage reporting
The role requires weekly visits to the industrial site
About you:
Experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
Understanding of HR processes and activities
Writing processes & tutorials
Customer service
Developing analytical files
Soft and technical skills
Experience on HCM tool Workday is preferred
Familiar with Ticketing Management tools is preferred
Mastering of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.)
Analytical skills
Data management
Ability to interact with internal clients in a professional manner
Team player, able to work collaboratively
Strong verbal & writing skills
Advanced communication skills
Customer oriented & attentive to feedbacks
Organized and structured to complete tasks within deadlines
Strong attention to details

Graduate or Master’s degree
Languages
Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
