Reporting to the Head of Source-to-Pay (S2P), the Head of S2P Delivery (Budapest) plays a critical role in leading the Source-to-Pay (S2P) Delivery organization. They manage a dedicated team responsible for executing the organizations S2P program and associated processes, with a focus on ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance while scaling capabilities for Sanofi. Additionally, they directly oversee the animation of the Hub community, fostering talent development, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services for the global business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the Source-to-Pay (S2P) delivery organization in the Budapest Hub, overseeing the global delivery of S2P capabilities. Manage a dedicated team focused on executing and improving S2P processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Supervise and drive the day-to-day operations of S2P sub-processes in the Hub, including sourcing lifecycle management, contracting, vendor master data management, indirect purchasing, invoice reception and processing, payments, travel and expense management, tail spend management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners to ensure effective governance and adherence to the S2P Core Model and the end-to-end technology landscape.
  • Implement initiatives for continuous improvement and process optimization based on strategies defined by Global Process Owners.
  • Establish and monitor clear program metrics, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and performance of S2P Delivery.
  • Engage and support the Hub community across the entire Source-to-Pay process to facilitate talent development and retention, ensuring seamless S2P delivery for the entire business.
  • Cultivate a culture of change agility within the S2P Delivery organization, encouraging proactive adaptation to evolving business needs such as AP monthly closing & reporting and collaborate with BPO delivery teams to ensure best-in-class end-to-end user and supplier experience and performance efficiency.

About you

Experience:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of S2P processes at scale in a global context.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization, standardization, and change management.

Soft skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving abilities and communicational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans while having result-oriented mindset working with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English is a must.
