- Sie sind der/die verantwortliche QA-Manager*in für die Sicherstellung der GMP-Compliance der Prozesse ihres Verantwortungsbereichs
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachliche Führung der QA Assistenz des Bereichs
- Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Change Controls und CAPA Maßnahmen
- Planung und Durchführung von Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten, z.B. Transportvalidierungen, Temperaturmapping, Sterilisationsvalidierungen
- Unterstützung und Koordination bei Qualitätsproblemen und –fragestellungen im Betrieb
- Erstellung, Review und Genehmigung von Dokumenten wie z.B. Jahresberichte des Temperaturmonitorings Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsberichte, Logbücher, SOPs, Checklisten, ASR
- Koordination von übergreifenden Problemstellungen und Projekten
- Schulung, Qualifizierung von Kollegen
- Unterstützung bei Behördeninspektionen, Kunden- sowie interne Audits als Experte für Prozesse und Validierung/Qualifizierung
Über Sie
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Ingenieur- / Naturwissenschaften oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie mit ausgeprägten Kenntnissen im Bereich QA; alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im pharmazeutischen Bereich mit mindestens 4 Jahren praktischer Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Quality Assurance und/oder Quality Control im GMP regulierten Umfeld
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Quality Assurance und/oder Quality Control in der pharmazeutischen Industrie im GMP regulierten Umfeld
Technische Fähigkeiten/ Soziale Kompetenzen
- Kenntnisse über die wesentlichen Abläufe eines Qualitätssicherungssystems sowie der relevanten pharmazeutischen Regelwerke
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise nach GMP-Anforderungen
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
- Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Sprachen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
