Sanofi Pasteur’s Biological Sales Associate Program (BSA) is an entry level sales development program that develops recent college graduates in the field of vaccine sales. This Program consists of 3 developmental phases: in-house training, outbound sales responsibility based at our office in Framingham, MA and a field externship period where the selected candidate would backfill one of our Vaccine Specialist positions anywhere in the US.
Location: Framingham, MA for the first half of the program and then be willing to relocate anywhere in the US
Duration: 12 months with the ultimate goal of having the candidate earn a promotion to a permanent position as a Vaccine Specialist within our field sales force
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Majors: all majors
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Must have permanent US work authorization
- A Valid Driver’s License with a record of a safe driving history

Our Sanofi Genzyme Commercial Leadership Development Program (C-LDP) aims to develop a leadership pipeline of top MBA talent. The program provides in-depth training over two years through commercially focused rotations across our Specialty Care Global Business Unit, with the opportunity to work with both U.S. and Global teams. Rotations are strategic, challenging, and meaningful, providing an opportunity to make an impact in the lives of patients around the globe. The C-LDP launches your career to the next level through a targeted approach.
Rotations will be mapped to strategic commercial and related functions, including (but not limited to) Marketing, Market Access, Sales, New Product Planning, Digital, Medical, Strategy, Business Development, China and International and the Office of the EVP.
Note: This program is primarily filled by MBA Commercial Summer Associates interning with us during their first summer as an MBA student.
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: 2 years; 3 rotations
Basic Qualifications:
- Current enrollment at an accredited MBA program with plans to graduate in Spring 2023 OR completion of an MBA program
- Pre-program work experience, ideally in a relevant area to commercial pharmaceuticals (i.e. biotechnology, finance, science, marketing sales, healthcare consulting, investment banking, etc.)
- Desire to serve patients, passion for the patient
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonally savvy, ability to collaborate across boundaries
- Solutions orientation, with an above-the-line mentality

Sanofi Pasteur’s Industrial Associate Program is an entry level leadership development program designed to develop people and team skills for recent college graduates identified as technically competent, continuous learners and potential leaders. This 2-year program provides a broad overview of Vaccines Industrial Affairs at the Swiftwater site via rotation assignments within the Industrial Affairs organization.
Location: Swiftwater, PA
Duration: 24-months with four assignments (4-6 months each) through varying areas of Vaccines Industrial Affairs. These areas may include: Production, Site Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Site Services; Engineering, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Materials Management, and Industrial Performance.

- Majors: Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences

Management Associates gain broad exposure and contribute to various functional areas of Sanofi Vaccine’s Commercial Operations in the U.S. The program is ~3 years with rotations designed for up to 12 months. Upon completion of the program, the associate typically graduates into a management-level position.

Sanofi Vaccine’s Marketing and Sales Associates Program (MSA) is a rotational development program that will expose you to a challenging and collaborative environment as you rotate through assignments over 4 years. You will gain cross-functional insights into Marketing and Sales while working with leaders, plan an important role in valuable projects and initiatives that touch the lives of patients in the U.S. You will also develop critical business skills through ongoing training and leadership development courses. When you graduate from the program, you have the potential to transition to a functional area that utilizes your strengths and matches with the needs of the business.
