Unser Team:
Wir suchen für unsere Unit Immunologie erfahrene und ambitionierte Außendienstmitarbeiter*innen für den Bereich Dermatologie. Die Aufgabe ist herausfordernd und abwechslungsreich. Du bist verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Vermarktung unserer Produkte im attraktiven Markt der Dermatologie und für die Etablierung einer nachhaltigen Marktpräsenz von Sanofi Specialty Care.

Hauptaufgaben:
Zielgruppe des Außendienstes sind Fachärzte und spezialisiertes Fachpersonal in Ambulanz und Praxis
Erstellung und Einhaltung des Businessplans für das Gebiet auf Grundlage der übergreifenden Marketingstrategie / des Brand Plans
Sinnvolle Nutzung des Veranstaltungsbudget für die Initiierung, Planung und Durchführung von lokalen Fortbildungen (auch digital)
Tragfähige Kundenbeziehung zu Entscheidungsträgern und sinnvoller Einsatz der eigenen Arbeitszeit
Umsetzen von Marketingkonzepten im zuständigen Gebiet
Kommunikation und Verankerung der gegebenen Produktstrategie / Kernbotschaften mit dem Ziel der Festigung bzw. des Ausbaus der Marktposition im Gebiet
Vertretung von Sanofi bei ausgewählten regionalen und überregionalen Veranstaltungen bzw. Fachkongressen
Zielgerichtete Beratung von Fachkreisen zu den Therapie-Optionen im Bereich der Dermatologie
Enge Kooperation mit dem Gebiets-Pendant von Regeneron, Business Relation Manager, Digital Relationship Manager und MSL
Aufbau, Entwicklung und Pflege von lokalen ärztlichen Netzwerken in Kooperation mit dem Business Relation Manager
Wettbewerbsabgrenzung, kollegiale Unterstützung im regionalen Team
Über Dich
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
Naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder Anerkennung nach AMG § 75 (Gepr. Pharmareferent/in)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Außendienst
Gute Kenntnisse der Besonderheiten im deutschen Gesundheitswesen
Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten
Eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil, Eigenmotivation
