Dies ist eine Position in unserer Global Talent Services Funktion an den Sanofi Hubs. Sanofi „Hubs“ sind Standorte, an denen unsere wichtigsten strategischen Geschäftsaktivitäten gebündelt werden und zentrale Services für Global Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, R&D und mehr bereitgestellt werden.

Global Talent Services ist eine unserer zentralen Service-Linien innerhalb der Hubs und Teil des Chief Talent Office. Wir bieten End-to-End Talent Acquisition Services weltweit für Geschäftsbereiche wie General Medicines, Specialty Care, Vaccines, R&D und Manufacturing – aus Hubs in regionaler Nähe.
Diese Rolle ist verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung in der Region Europa und das Management von Volumen-Einstellungen. In den letzten Jahren lag unser durchschnittliches Einstellungsvolumen bei über 5000 pro Jahr – davon rund 1500 für deutschsprachige Positionen. Mit unseren Expansionen wird dieses Volumen weiter steigen. Deine Aufgabe: die besten Talente für Sanofi gewinnen – und dabei eine erstklassige Candidate Experience sicherstellen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess für alle offenen Positionen im definierten Bereich: von Sourcing über Screening, Assessments bis zur Auswahl.
- Proaktive Weitergabe von Talent- und Marktanalysen an Stakeholder und Entwicklung einer effektiven Recruiting-Strategie.
- Eigenständige Steuerung der Talent Acquisition Agenda für die zugewiesenen Positionen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualität der Einstellungen und Time-to-Hire – mit starkem Fokus auf Hiring Manager und Candidate Experience.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalem HR, TA-Partnern, Stakeholdern, Talent Management, Kommunikation und Procurement, um Alignment und kontinuierliche Verbesserung sicherzustellen. Du bist Teil des globalen TA-Netzwerks von Sanofi und führst ein Team.
- Überwachung von KPIs/SLAs für TA-Services und ROI von Technologien und Attraction-Strategien. Aufbau von Trusted-Advisor-Beziehungen zu Funktionsleitern und wichtigen Partnern, damit Talent Acquisition ein strategischer Schwerpunkt bleibt.
- Nutzung vielfältiger Sourcing-Kanäle zur Gewinnung qualifizierter Kandidat:innen.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung einer Employee Value Proposition (EVP) für den Hub in Zusammenarbeit mit Lead Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding Team.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Country Talent Management Team für eine ganzheitliche Sicht auf interne und externe Talente.
- Datengetriebener Ansatz mit aussagekräftigen Kennzahlen zur Darstellung des ROI.
- Steuerung eines starken Talent Assessment Prozesses für die besten Einstellungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit P&O, Hiring Managern und Kolleg:innen zur Verbesserung der Candidate und Hiring Manager Experience.
- Sicherstellung der Daten-Compliance in TA-Systemen und Tools (Workday, Jobboards, Social Media etc.).
- Regelmäßige Statusberichte zu Einstellungen für Business Stakeholder.
- Proaktive Weitergabe von Best Practices, Talent Intelligence und Markt-Insights zur Optimierung der Recruiting-Ergebnisse in allen Hubs.

Du bist eine hochmotivierte und erfahrene Recruiting-Fachkraft mit nachweislichem Erfolg in der Leitung und Steuerung globaler Recruiting-Teams, im Aufbau neuer Fähigkeiten und in der Arbeit in einem Global Business Services Umfeld. Du brennst für eine exzellente Candidate Experience und möchtest Recruiting-Prozesse und Ergebnisse kontinuierlich verbessern. Du denkst strategisch, kennst die Talent Acquisition Landschaft und baust starke Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen.
