Responsable Juridique expérimenté(e) en droit social :

Groupe important du secteur pharmaceutique recrute sous CDI, pour un poste basé à Gentilly (94), un(e) responsable juridique expérimenté(e) en droit social.

Au sein de la Direction People & Culture (Ressources Humaines) France, sous la responsabilité du Directeur Juridique Social et en collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe, le titulaire du poste assure au plan du Droit social, la sécurité juridique, la défense des intérêts du Groupe et l’exercice de ses droits. Il apporte, pour ce faire, son expertise en matière de droit du travail (relations individuelles et collectives de travail) et droit de la sécurité sociale (accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles, santé/sécurité et URSSAF) :

·en guidant et conseillant, en totale autonomie, ses interlocuteurs concernant les dossiers dont il a la responsabilité sur son périmètre d’intervention

·en assurant le support juridique opérationnel aux projets d’importance auxquels il est associé

·en informant et formant ses interlocuteurs sur les aspects de la matière qui concernent leur activité

·en représentant la fonction juridique sociale dans les groupes de travail transverses portant sur les domaines/projets dont il a la charge

Il est le conseil et agit en réseau avec l’ensemble des responsables de la Fonction Ressources Humaines du Groupe et en coordination avec les autres Directions Corporate (Ethics & Business Integrity, Finance, HSE…).

La Direction Juridique Social est composée de 7 membres (dont son responsable) ; chacun des membres de l’équipe est en charge d’un périmètre d’activité du Groupe en France pour l’ensemble des missions décrites ci-dessous, outre la responsabilité de certains missions transverses. La collaboration entre les différents membres de l’équipe est excellente, animée par des échanges très réguliers et une forte solidarité dans un état d’esprit positif.

Missions principales du poste :

·Guider, conseiller et assister dans l’ensemble des domaines du Droit social, après consultation ou à son initiative, les responsables de la Fonction Ressources Humaines

·Assister et conseiller les responsables de la Fonction Relations Sociales dans la gestion des Instances Représentatives du Personnel et le déploiement des projets

·Apporter son expertise dans le cadre de la préparation et la mise en œuvre des projets de l’entreprise (réorganisations, plans de départs, acquisition/cession et partenariat …)

·Déterminer en concertation avec sa hiérarchie pour chaque projet, affaire ou dossier, la stratégie d’action ou de défense la plus adéquate ; proposer, sur cette base, les solutions les mieux adaptées (par exemple judiciaires ou transactionnelles), puis assurer leur mise en œuvre

·Gérer les dossiers disciplinaires et de départ en mettant en œuvre les procédures afférentes (licenciement, rupture conventionnelle, protocoles d’accord transactionnels)

·Exercer les recours nécessaires afin d’éviter ou de limiter au maximum les conséquences financières des dossiers de reconnaissance de maladies professionnelles et d’accident du travail

·Préparer l’argumentation juridique et conduire les dossiers devant les différentes juridictions (conseils de prud’hommes et tribunaux judiciaires, Cours d’appel et Cour de Cassation) après avoir préparé les affaires en liaison étroite avec les avocats

·Rédiger des notes et études juridiques adaptées à l’évolution législative et jurisprudentielle, ainsi que des analyses approfondies en fonction des impératifs opérationnels, élaborer des modèles de contrats et de courriers, garantir la bonne application et procéder le cas échéant à l’interprétation des accords collectifs d’entreprise

·Préparer et animer des formations et interventions à destination des responsables de la Fonction Ressources Humaines, des opérationnels et managers

·Représenter le Groupe au sein des organismes professionnels et des associations de juristes d’entreprise dans le cadre de la mission d’ensemble de prospective, d’analyse et de veille sociale

Profil requis :

Formation :

·Supérieure en Droit Social (3ème Cycle universitaire)

Expérience :

·Une quinzaine d’années en matière de Droit social en entreprise et/ou en cabinet, doublée d’une bonne culture RH globale

Compétences :

·Outre une expertise confirmée en Droit social, le poste fait appel à d’autres aptitudes, en particulier une forte réactivité et l’apport de solutions pratiques, opérationnelles et adaptées aux spécificités de chaque dossier et aux exigences du business. Il implique une bonne analyse des situations et des conséquences de chaque décision, un esprit de synthèse, un sens de la confidentialité et de la diplomatie, une grande qualité rédactionnelle, une aisance relationnelle et une bonne communication ainsi qu’un important sens pédagogique

·Intervenant dans un environnement international, une excellente maîtrise de la langue anglaise (tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit) est requise
