
Head of Ethics & Business Integrity Turkey

This position is a strategic cornerstone in Sanofi Türkiye, driving ethical business practices and integrity at the highest level. As the Head of Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Türkiye, you'll be the vital link between global E&BI strategies and local implementation, partnering directly with the business leaders. Your role will be instrumental in shaping a culture of compliance, enabling sustainable growth, and positioning Sanofi as an ethical leader in the landscape.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to lead the effective implementation of Sanofi Global Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Strategy in Türkiye as one Sanofi.
- Communicate clearly and strengthen understanding of Sanofi Code of Conduct and EBI priorities.
- Steer and measure the efficacy of the EBI program in order to identify its strengths and areas of improvements, recommend and follow action plans with the Country leadership Teams.
- Ensure the implementation of global policies/standards/best practices is done timely and appropriately in compliance with local regulations and Sanofi E&BI standards.
- Ensure that EBI training, awareness and communication campaigns are deployed to the targeted audiences.
- Solve complex EBI issues that may potentially have a significant impact on Company’s reputation.
- Report potential violations of laws, regulations, rules, policies and Company’s procedures and participate in the investigations on requests of the Global EBI team.
- Ensure EBI Committee is held regularly and effectively, covering all matters having a major impact on Sanofi’s EBI program.
- Participate to the elaboration and implementation of specific EBI programs for country/territory or for specific entities / contribute to EBI local, regional and global projects.
- Collaborate with other Sanofi assurance functions for better risk management, monitoring findings into actionable items with appropriate follow up on corrective actions.
- Shape externally the ethics ecosystem, through Sanofi representation in external associations.
- Work cross-functionally to foster leadership, thoughtful risk taking and design solutions for patients.
- works strategically with assigned MCO GBU/ function or both, serving as colleagues’ point of contact on EBI related matters within their area of responsibility.
- Have an overview of their businesses, proactive partnership with their management to enable a sustainable business growth while ensuring thoughtful risk taking.
- Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, areas and domains of potential vulnerabilities, inefficient or ineffective processes and partner with them to optimize the processes in compliance with company’s values and Code of Conduct.
- Work with their peer Strategic Business Partners to support robust governance, thoughtful risk taking and ethical practices across the MCO.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Education – Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Life Science, Finance, Legal
Experience – Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in compliance at pharmaceutical/healthcare multinational companies
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the global and domestic pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong business acumen, deep understanding of healthcare business, applicable laws and regulations, data and digital, communication skills, self-management

- Strategic thinking, people leadership, thoughtful risk taking, strong communication capabilities
