À propos du poste
Dans un environnement de paie externalisée (Managed Services), vous êtes est responsable de la transmission des éléments variables, des embauches, des sorties et des mutations qui vont permettre la production de la paie pour le portefeuille dont vous avez la charge. Vous comprenez l’impact des éléments transmis sur la paie d’un collaborateur et êtes en mesure de les expliquer. Vous assurez le suivi des opérations de paie réalisées par ADP. Vous veillez à la qualité des données transmises, à la conformité des bulletins de paie, et assurez un support de niveau 2 auprès des collaborateurs et des équipes RH.
Missions principales :
Cycle de vie du collaborateur :
- Gérer les embauches, sorties, suspensions, mutations et promotions
- Saisir et vérifier les données contractuelles, affectations, rémunérations et cycles de travail
Eléments variables de la paie :
- Préparer et contrôler les éléments variables de paie (EVP) dans les délais impartis
- Suivi du calendrier de paie et des engagements contractuels
- Réaliser la paie en collaboration avec ADP
- Gérer les indemnités, primes, ATD, absences et arrêts
Contrôle & Support aux collaborateurs :
- Vérification des bulletins de paie (en fonction de la stratégie de contrôle définie par sa hiérarchie) et réalisation des contrôles de cohérence
- Traitement des demandes complexes ou sensibles en lien avec la paie (IJSS, régularisations, expatriation)
- Réponse aux sollicitations de niveau 2 des collaborateurs et des RH de proximité via l’outil de ticketing OneSupport
Àpropos de vous
- Maîtrise des outils SIRH (notamment ADP Link, MonADP.com et ATC)
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel (formules, TCD, vérifications)
- Connaissance approfondie des processus paie et de la gestion administrative du personnel
- Anglais professionnel requis (écrit et oral)
- Rigueur, sens de la confidentialité et de l’organisation
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer les priorités
- Curiosité et capacités d’ouverture à l’environnement (P&C, People Services, ADP) et ses interactions
- Sens du service et pédagogie pour apporter une bonne expérience aux collaborateurs
