Job Title: HEVA Publications Lead Specialty Care
Location: Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ
About the Job
Globally, evidence-driven, population-based health technology assessment (HTA) organizations and other population-focused healthcare decision makers systematically review, synthesize, and appraise the quality and relevance of evidence on the value of Sanofi’s products versus comparator treatments and determine levels of access to patients and providers and reimbursement.
In this context, it is critical that pharmaceutical manufacturers generate and effectively communicate relevant real world clinical and health economic evidence in systematic and customized ways to meet the needs of evidence evaluators across the spectrum of decision makers.
A strong HEVA Communications capability must include targeted strategy and activities governing the planned content of scientific communications, the ability to shape compelling value propositions, appreciation of the capabilities of different roles to communicate HEVA evidence, and innovative use of communication channels.
The scope of HEVA’s communication strategy and tactics must begin in the early development environment and continue with a strong post-marketing, lifecycle management plan, to ensure that an effective product value proposition (“value story”) is present at launch and direction is established for the evolution of the value proposition in the post-launch real world setting.
The HEVA Communications Leader leads the development and execution of HEVA’s communications strategy and tactics across the HEVA platform and collaborates with partners in different components of Sanofi to establish a unified capability and ensure that HEVA contributes effectively to diverse relevant decision maker segments.
