Como Coordenador de Custos, na nossa equipe de Transformação e Operações Financeiras, você será responsável por liderar as rotinas de contabilidade de custos, assegurando a acuracidade do fechamento da Companhia Brasil. A equipe é fortemente orientada para a transformação, o que lhe trará muitas oportunidades para aperfeiçoar os processos e implementar os melhores métodos de trabalho.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Provisões de Inventário: Revisar e aprovar o cálculo de provisões de obsolescência de estoques e sua apresentação para tomada de decisão;
- Custo Padrão: Domínio das técnicas de custeio padrão;
- Material Ledger: Revisar e aprovar o fechamento mensal do custo médio, atuando nas principais variações;
- Inventário: Suportar a execução do processo de inventario físico na empresa;
- Auditoria Interna e Externa: Garantir a integridade dos dados fornecidos pelo departamento, conforme os padrões estabelecidos para companhia;
- Atuar como parceiro de negócios com as áreas Industrial e Comercial, a fim de melhorar os resultados da companhia.
- Revisar e aprovar lançamentos contábeis e validar as reconciliações das contas de custos do balanço mensal;
- Coordenar e assegurar a pontualidade das entregas das tarefas mensais, trimestrais e anuais;
- Suportar projetos especiais e outras tarefas ad-hoc;
- Diferencial na ferramenta Excel como: Macro/VBA/Power Query.
- Promover a cultura de Ética e Integridade nos Negócios em sua equipe servindo como um modelo ao garantir adequado conhecimento e cumprimento dos princípios de ética e integridade, políticas da Sanofi e códigos de conduta que regulam o mercado farmacêutico.
- Cumprir e promover as políticas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE) da Sanofi em relação à equipe que gerencia, nas quais inclui-se o Programa de Segurança Viária (Road Safety), com objetivo de prevenir ocorrência de acidentes, evitar riscos para a saúde, promover o bem-estar dos colaboradores e reduzir os impactos ambientais resultantes da execução de suas atividades laborais.
- Apoiar a estratégia e as iniciativas de Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão da Sanofi para assegurar que todos os colaboradores e parceiros sejam tratados com respeito e recebam oportunidades iguais.
Sobre você
- Experiência: Ter atuado com custos, custeio industrial, preferencialmente em empresas do ramo químico/farmacêutico.
- Competências técnicas e pessoais: experiência com SAP nos módulos FI/CO/MM, que tenha domínio de Microsoft Office, principalmente Excel; Diferencial na ferramenta Excel como: Macro/VBA/Power Query, Access, Power Point e Word, comunicação clara e objetiva, liderança que engaja. Ser pró ativo, multitarefas, que saiba trabalhar sob pressão, seja curiosa e tenha espírito empreendedor, com boas habilidades interpessoais, que seja orientado para resultados.

- Línguas: Inglês Avançado
