Role Purpose:
The Media & Digital Transformation Manager will champion the digital marketing transformation in the Country, across the different departments of the company: Marketing, E-commerce, Trade Marketing and Commercial teams.
The Digital Manager is responsible for designing and driving the overall Country Digital Marketing for the category related agenda, shaping both transversal country priorities as well as Category and Brand-specific ones.
The mission is to support the category and business to obtain results through effective Digital Transformation, ultimately accelerating growth and driving local competitive advantage through world-class strategy and capabilities, including:
- Digital marketing activation.
- Digital content excellence.
- Data, analytics and insight.
- Digital measurement & performance tracking.
- Knowledge OFF&ON Media (Modern search, CTV, Full funnel strategies, 1st PD, IA)

Main responsibilities
- Work with Country Category leaders to support development of Brand Plans that effectively leverage the full range of consumer insights, digital platforms and solutions to drive maximum sales and brand impact.
- Work hand-in-hand to design and execute Digital Marketing programs that align with category priorities and global guidelines; establish effective project governance and ways of working.
- Work with internal supporting functions to frame key enablers (e.g. data platforms, technology infrastructure) for Digital transformation, and ensure their development and deployment.
- Ensure brands digital activation is impactful, leveraging Owned, Earned and Paid digital channels (SEM, Video, Social, Programmatic); orchestrate flawless execution, supporting brands in their engagement with third-party vendors where needed.
- Work with the Data Management team to identify opportunities to optimize site performance, improve customer experience, acquire valuable customer insights, and drive consumers from awareness to purchase.
About you

Essential Requirements:
- Digital 5 years of experience at agencies and companies.
- Bachelor degree ITS, Marketing or Business Administration or similar
- Knowledge in Platform management (Google Analytic, FB Business manager, DV 360)
- MANDATORY Advanced English Fluent
- Solid knowledge of managing large budgets
- Ability to express oneself in global and regional forums and make presentations at the global and regional levels
- Experience working with regional and global organizations
