Propósito del rol:
Revenue Management Analyst es responsable de administrar y optimizar procesos de precios y condiciones comerciales, desde el diseño estratégico hasta la implementación y control, colaborando con equipos como Marketing, Trade, KAMS, Customer, etc. para garantizar la rentabilidad del negocio. Este rol incluye el análisis de datos financieros como el GTN, soporte al equipo comercial, y la participación en proyectos clave para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad en la ejecución de estrategias de precios y lanzamientos de productos. Adicional, es responsable de crear las provisiones del mes y generar las reversas correspondientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Proceso de precios: Gestionar desde el posicionamiento inicial de precios en lanzamientos hasta la arquitectura de precios por canal y márgenes objetivo. Asegurar la correcta implementación interna en el sistema y con clientes, y ejecutar controles para evitar diferencias de precios. Además, en estos análisis deben de considerarse las condiciones fijas firmadas con cada cliente.
- Estrategia de Precios: Colaborar en la definición de incrementos de precios respetando la escalera de precios por canal y realizando un análisis marca/sku tomando en cuenta diferentes KPI’S internos y del mercado.
- Matriz de precios: Generar y administrar la matriz de precios, asegurando la alineación completa con Polaris (SAP). Impacto financiero: Analizar el impacto financiero de actividades comerciales, así como un seguimiento continuo al Gross to net.
- Medir rentabilidad de promociones: Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de Trade Marketing para darles visibilidad con diferentes KPI’s de los resultados obtenidos en la ejecución del Trade Master Plan.
- Control de provisiones: Dar seguimiento para asegurar el registro adecuado de provisiones junto con el equipo de Trade Marketing y Finanzas.
Requisitos:
Experiencia previa:
1 año de experiencia relevante en Revenue Management o en un rol similar.
Análisis de información indispensable
Manejo de Excel Avanzado, SAP Polaris, Paquetería Microsoft Office (Avanzado)
Escolaridad: Titulación en dministración, Finanzas, Actuaria, ingeniería industrial o afín.
Idiomas Inglés avanzado conversacional Mandatorio (capaz de establecer conversaciones de negocio).
