Drive excellence of Opella´s operations by integrating the Growth Performance Team, fostering a continuous improvement culture and being expert partner to the category growth teams activation strategies and to customer team for excelling in execution.

  • Manage and maintain automated sales data reporting and dashboards to support the business

  • Develop tools & reports to track execution of KPI and monitor performance (ROI), ensuring simplicity / consistency / accessibility of data

  • Drive the implementation of the local customer engagement plan in line with the defined strategy

  • Analyse eCommerce sell-out data, market forecasts and sales performance in close cooperation with Growth Performance Lead

  • Transform data into insights that drive business value (data analytics, data visualization and data modelling techniques)

  • Become a local expert for our CRM tools, image recognition software and data sources

  • SFE: Support of segmentation and targeting process & support commercial strategy

  • Ensure alignment between Business Excellence, Customer Excellence and Brand teams

  • Planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support Commercial Team Excellence in Execution: Provide insights and tools that empower the commercial team to maximize effectiveness and achieve sales targets, ensuring customer knowledge drives each commercial interaction

  • Improve Data Accessibility and Usability: Ensure data tools and reports are user-friendly and accessible, supporting the team in leveraging insights to improve daily operations

    • to allow management to drive sales force activities

    • to maximize revenue opportunities via detailed customer knowledge

    • to enable end users to engage with data

  • Support Strategic Decision-Making: Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the commercial team, helping shape market approaches and optimize customer engagement

  • Accountable for maintenance and development of Sales Force automation tools (e.g. My CRM, Trax, Targeting, Sales & Market Dashboards)

  • Manages and combines multiple sources of data (Market, Sales, CRM)

  • Manages affiliate performance tracking - Market dynamics, company performance & ranking, core products performance

  • Contributes to the Sales Force target settings and Incentive follow-up & Bonus Calculation

  • Communicate gathered insights from monitoring KPI’s towards the business teams and follow up on action plans and improvement plans.

    About you

    • Business, Data Analyst or Scientific studies, Bachelor / Master’s degree preferred

    • Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related field, preferably in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industries.

    • Language: fluent English, Spanish

    • Ability to work transversally across departments and countries. Interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders

    • Ability to translate complex processes to easily understandable business topicsand to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    • Strong analytical skills. Be data driven. Ability to quickly understand and apply new IS tools.

    • Strong communication skills and able to explain complex dashboards into understandable insights. Listen to customer needs with the ability to challenge them and execute accordingly.

    • This position will suit an individual who is able to operate with discretion and confidentiality about sensitive data.
