Ready to shape the future of Sanofi’s new established organizational unit Go to Market Capabilities (GTMC)? We know you’ve got big plans – so do we! As a member of the transversal Transformation GTMC team you will play an active role in problem-solving for GTMC teams and stakeholder, including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

You will shape the transformation agenda and drive the execution towards a best-in-class end-to-end GTMC operating model across pillars by:

• Transforming the organization models and accelerating modernization of the operations.

• Change management activities.

• Leading transversal global projects and PMO leadership.

Key results/accountabilities:

Ensuring executional excellence through strategic project management, PMO:

• You take responsibility for the conceptual planning and implementation of strategic projects.

• Define and manage the program’s overall project plan, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively allocated and managed.

• Act as the primary point of contact for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key business priorities.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.

• Regularly assess risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.

• Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives as well as resources allocation.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to the leadership team, summarizing program progress, challenges, and next steps.

Engaging with (Senior) Stakeholder across the organization and orchestrating organizational change across GTMC and beyond:

• You lead and are responsible for the creation of decision papers for senior management.

• You further revise and develop existing concepts and methodologies in the area of Stakeholder Management, Communication, Organizational Change, Training and Enablement but also develop, design and execute main activities in these fields.

• Oversee change management activities to ensure a smooth transition for all teams and departments affected by the transformation.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units, functions, and geographies to drive alignment and commitment to transformation goals.

• Collaborate with GTMC leadership to define the organization's short and long-term priorities and plans of action.

Taking personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.

About you

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, management, science or a related field (Master degree preferred).
  

Experience & Knowledge:

• +10 years prior experience in business excellence, digital marketing, project management or strategy consultancy.

• Good track record of development of business strategy & execution, cross functional and transversal team management experience, leading transformation programs, driving successful business outcomes.

• High digital savviness and understanding of omnichannel engagement, Sales Force Excellence.

• Scrum/Agile certification, a plus.

• Strong background in strategic problem solving demonstrable analytics skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.

• Robust project management capabilities.

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

• Influential leadership: Able to positively influence peers, senior leaders, key external stakeholders as well as Internal partners.

• High level of resilience with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate under pressure.

• A proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.

• The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.

• High integrity and transparency, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively building trust relationships across various stakeholders.
