Principales Responsabilidades:
El Analista de Impuestos es responsable de apoyar la gestión y control de las obligaciones fiscales de las Compañías del grupo a su cargo, asegurando que se cumpla con todas las normatividades y regulaciones fiscales locales e internacionales. Esta posición implica la preparación de declaraciones de impuestos indirectos y directos para los diferentes países de MCO, el adecuado análisis de las cuentas contables, la preparación de informes corporativos para reportar en la herramienta de MyTax y Tax Risk. la investigación de normativas fiscales y la colaboración con otros departamentos para garantizar el cumplimiento tributario adecuado.
Este puesto requiere una persona con habilidades analíticas y un enfoque meticuloso, capaz de trabajar con plazos ajustados y enfocado en el análisis. El Analista de Impuestos será clave para asegurar el cumplimiento fiscal y optimizar las estrategias tributarias de la empresa, minimizando riesgos y aprovechando las oportunidades de ahorro fiscal disponibles.
Esta posición reporta directamente al Tax Compliance Manager
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de control interno tanto locales como corporativas y notificar cualquier irregularidad que detecte sobre las mismas.
- Identificar y reportar actos y condiciones inseguras de trabajo, con el propósito de realizar las medidas correctivas inmediatas y proteger el elemento humano y activos de la empresa con base a la política corporativa de Higiene, Ecología y Seguridad.
- Preparar, revisar y presentar declaraciones y formularios de Impuestos asegurándose de dar cumplimiento la normatividad de cada uno de los países del MCO.
- Realizar el cálculo de impuestos y asegurar la correcta aplicación de las deducciones y exenciones.
- Preparación de solicitudes de pago y garantizar el pago de los impuestos
- Gestionar la documentación relacionada con impuestos y mantener los archivos organizados y actualizados.
- Analizar, registrar, revisar y conciliar las cuentas del libro mayor bajo el alcance de Impuestos.
- Tributarios – Fiscales de Sanofi aplicables a las ventas, compras e inventario.
- Participación Activa y Transversal en los proyectos que se le asignen.
- Realizar las conciliaciones de cuentas (a través de la herramienta disponible blackline)
- Identificar correcciones y proponer MJEs de acuerdo con el modelo básico de MJE y el alcance de A2R como se define en el SLA RACI
- Aseguramiento y cumplimiento de las normas contables (local GAAPS así como IFRS según las normas SAGA para los rubros de balance bajo su scope
- Coordinar la entrega de información a los auditores externos.
- Asistir al Gerente de acuerdo con las necesidades del área o departamento.
- Preparación de anexos para la provisión de renta y cálculo del impuesto diferido
- Preparación de información para el reporte Mytax
- Preparación de información requerida para las diferentes autoridades fiscales
- Preparación de Anexos para la declaración de renta
- Colaborar con el equipo de contabilidad para asegurar la conciliación adecuada entre los estados financieros y las declaraciones fiscales, preparando las notas de impuestos
- Llevar, controlar – informar todas las Transacciones y Operaciones en las herramientas y tiempos establecidos y asegurar precisión en las cifras reportadas.
Acerca de ti
- Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el manejo de impuestos.
- Competencias: Habilidad avanzada en ERP (se prefiere SAP), MS Excel, Word y Outlook.
- Habilidades técnicas: Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas, investigación y resolución, análisis de datos.
- Educación: Titulo universitario Contador
- Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio
