Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bewaakt en voert processen uit die gelinkt zijn aan het opkweken van cellen, opzuiveren van cellen of het aanmaken van buffers, mediapreps, formulaties, etc.
- Al deze processen worden uitgevoerd volgens relevante procedures (productie records, SOPs en werkinstructies).
- Je volgt de planning volgens computergestuurde systemen en stuurt de processen bij in functie van staal name, problemen, etc.
- Je werkt aan een nauwkeurige documentatie en verwerking in logboeken en elektronische productierecords
- Je ondersteunt bij kalibratie – en validatie – activiteiten
- Je voert deze productie activiteiten uit volgens de huidige GMP richtlijnen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat er steeds veilig gewerkt wordt volgens de vooropgestelde HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures
Over jou
- Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting of ervaring als procesoperator in de farmaceutische of chemische industrie.
- Ervaring in een GMP omgeving is een pluspunt.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je hebt een basiskennis van kwaliteits- en regulatoire richtlijnen.
- Je hebt kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent een teamspeler.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent gemotiveerd!
- Je bent bereid om te werken in het desbetreffende ploegenstelsel.

Je krijgt een aantrekkelijk salarispakket met bijkomende ploegenpremies, afhankelijk van de gewerkte shift. Opstart op interimbasis.
- Basis brutoloon: €3438,62/maand (excl. ploegenpremie)
- Gemiddelde ploegenpremie: 46,83% in plant 1 en 39.29% in plant 2

Schema plant 1: volcontinu 8 dagen-systeem met 12u-shiften

Voorbeeld rooster: V V X L L X X X
Schema plant 2: volcontinu 5 weken-systeem met 8u/9u shiften door de week en 12u shiften in het weekend.
Bijkomend te presteren: 8 terugkomdagen per jaar = werkdag van 8u om aan je gemiddelde van 38u/week te komen. In overleg te plannen met leidinggevende.

- N: 22u – 6 (8u shift)
- Weekend V: 6u – 18u (12u shift)
