Acerca del rol

Estamos en la búsqueda de un CSA para formar parte del equipo de Lanzamientos, con el objetivo de construir y desarrollar relaciones duraderas con profesionales de la salud e instituciones. Esta posición se enfocará en generar alianzas con partes interesadas internas y externas para difundir información científica y generar conocimientos sobre las terapias de Sanofi dirigidas al tratamiento del Mieloma Múltiple y EICHc (enfermedad injerto contra huésped crónica)

El mismo será responsable de la promoción y generación de demanda de los productos en el territorio asignado.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar el Plan de Negocios, alineado a la estrategia de Marketing, generando sinergias con los equipos comerciales para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos por el negocio y de acuerdo con la segmentación de cada institución.

  • Planificar y realizar visitas a Instituciones claves, comunicando y posicionando de manera efectiva la información de los productos promocionados y desarrollando sólidas relaciones con los distintos interlocutores para implementar el plan de trabajo definido.

  • Gestionar y liderar la cartera de clientes asignada, con el objetivo de aportar feedback valioso al negocio, eficientizar las rutas y giras manteniendo actualizada en base al perfil de cada Institución / Profesional.

  • Realizar un análisis consistente y actualizado de la performance de la cartera de Instituciones & stakeholders asignada, con el fin de aportar datos útiles para la toma de decisiones y la mejor ejecución de los planes.  

  • Elevar necesidades e insights del territorio hacia las áreas Médica, Marketing, Acceso.

  • Desarrollar y mantener la relación con el profesional de la salud de las instituciones target, siendo responsable del plan de relacionamiento personal, comprendiendo el resto de los canales de interacción como complemento a su gestión; de acuerdo con las prioridades de cada producto.

  • Ser el punto de contacto referente con los diferentes profesionales, para dar seguimiento y atender las demandas y solicitudes que surjan, comprendiendo las necesidades de cada stakeholder/ institución.

  • Responsable por mantener la base de datos actualizada y completa de cada institución.

  • Liderar la transformación digital de su panel, alineado de acuerdo con las preferencias de los stakeholders a participar en interacciones multicanales.

  • Completar todos los detalles de la visita según las indicaciones de Sanofi y registrar en el sistema CRM.

  • Organizar y ejecutar actividades de Educación Médica junto con equipo Médico y apoyar en la organización de la franquicia

  • Constituir una fuente confiable de información médica, educativa y de promoción para cada médico que se contacte, además de identificar nuevos profesionales de la salud.

  • Identificar nuevos centros con potencial de excelencia, médicos de referencia y futuros Líderes de Opinión.

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los diferentes equipos de Marketing, Acceso, Medical para garantizar que la estrategia de acceso a los productos de Sanofi se lleve a cabo adecuadamente.

  • Proporcionar información al equipo de Acceso y Marketing sobre los stakeholders para dar forma a las propuestas de valor actuales y futuras de los productos comerciales y en desarrollo.

 Acerca de tí

  • Experiencia: Experiencia y conocimiento de la Industria Farmacéutica: mercado institucional de alto costo.

  • Conocimiento y experiencia del área terapéutica (Onco-hemato)

  • Experiencia con conocimiento sólido en áreas de ventas.

  • Skills: Capacidad para traducir el conocimiento del mercado del sistema de salud y desarrollar planes estratégicos con partes interesadas internas y externas.

  • Habilidades digitales y analíticas: capacidad para analizar datos, retroalimentación y transformarlos en información valiosa.

  • Utilización de CRM

  • Habilidades de comunicación y presentación clara y concisa.

  • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales, comunicación, negociación.

  • Sólida capacidad de Trabajo en Equipo (interactuar con distintas áreas internas)

  • Idioma: inglés intermedio

  • Disponibilidad para viajar a otras provincias del interior del país (realización de giras periódicas)
