Acerca del Rol
Como Clinical Science Associate establecerás un vínculo con los profesionales que deben ser contactados en forma periódica para contribuir a la difusión de la patología y así poder identificar nuevos pacientes de forma temprana. Además de brindar conocimiento sobre las terapias y concientizar al profesional sobre la importancia de la continuidad del tratamiento, para que éste pueda asegurar la adherencia de los pacientes.
Responsabilidades:
ASESORAMIENTO CIENTIFICO
- Es responsable del asesoramiento científico al profesional de la salud, para contribuir:
- a la difusión de la patología y en consecuencia a la identificación temprana de nuevos pacientes
- al conocimiento sobre los beneficios de las terapias innovadoras de SGz, permitiendo al profesional o grupos de profesionales brindar un mejor cuidado integral a sus pacientes
- a la concientización del profesional o grupos de profesionales sobre la importancia de la continuidad del tratamiento para que éste puede asegurar la adherencia de los pacientes
- Implementa junto con el gerente médico y el gerente de producto, programas de educación que estén a la vanguardia de la investigación y conocimientos médicos de las patologías y tratamientos
- Identifica nuevos centros con potencial de excelencia, médicos de referencia y futuros key opinión leaders (KOL)
- Apoya continuamente e impulsa el crecimiento y desarrollo de los actuales centros de excelencia y KOL.
- Desarrolla redes de profesionales para fomentar y facilitar el trabajo interdisciplinario en los diferentes centros en pos de brindar al paciente un seguimiento integral a lo largo de su tratamiento
- Tiene un rol activo en las actividades científicas, capacitaciones y reuniones nacionales e internacionales en las que participan sus clientes
- Colabora en el desarrollo del material científico a entregar a los médicos, considerando las necesidades y la información recabada a diario en el trabajo de campo.
- Propone temas a tratar en las capacitaciones médicas internas, en base a las fortalezas y debilidades, aprovechando este espacio para obtener herramientas que optimicen la interacción con los profesionales y se adecuen a las necesidades del campo.
DESARROLLO ESTRATEGICO DEL NEGOCIO
- Desarrolla e implementa un plan de negocios anual regional con actividades, objetivos, tiempos de ejecución
- Lleva una base de datos de todos sus clientes actuales para que pueda ser utilizada en forma local y nacional, transformándola en una herramienta fundamental e interactiva entre todos los colaboradores (Mobile intelligence)
- Implementa las estrategias de marketing de la unidad de negocios a nivel territorial
- Proporciona un análisis consistente y actualizado sobre la realidad diaria y personalizada de las instituciones asignadas. Comparte este análisis con los colaboradores de la unidad de negocios, enriqueciendo su trabajo diario en el campo
- Identifica nuevos clientes (médicos, auditores médicos) para mercados futuros, implementa nuevas estrategias para la comercialización de las terapias y asiste en la gestión de programas exitosos de reembolso.
- Realiza viajes periódicos a fin de incrementar su influencia en áreas estratégicas determinadas por la Unidad de Negocios.
- Comparte información con otras Unidades de Negocio para optimizar las actividades, estrategias y recursos a desarrollarse en el año
- Dirige e implementa proyectos especiales e innovadores que tienen un impacto en los objetivos y resultados del negocio
- Utiliza la estructura Corporativa e interacciona con otras unidades de negocios para lograr los objetivos propuestos (trabajo en equipo con colaboración transversal)
- Colecta y reporta, de forma pasiva, información de farmacovigilancia en los tiempos establecidos por dicho sector
- Comprende y difunde (con equipos de trabajo internos y externos) el sentido de urgencia vinculado con las necesidades de los pacientes
- Participa de reuniones regulares y/o ad hoc con el departamento de PSS
- Asegura que todas las tareas de su sector se realicen de acuerdo con las leyes y regulaciones locales y el código de conducta de Sanofi.
- Establece un vínculo con los profesionales que deben ser contactados en forma periódica para que conozcan, comprendan y compartan la filosofía y visión SG.
- Colaboran activamente asistiendo al cuerpo médico en la inclusión de potenciales pacientes
Acerca de ti
- Experiencia: +3 años de experiencia en roles comerciales o similares en laboratorios farmacéuticos o afines al negocio.
- Soft Skills: Alto nivel de influencia, actuar para el Cambio, Acoge el cambio e innovación e inicia nuevos y mejores formas de trabajar. Orientación a Resultados: busca la mejora continua de la calidad del desempeño para crear un valor agregado sostenible.
- Hard Skills: Amplio conocimiento y manejo de visita médica, generar compromiso con el cliente y cooperación transversal
- Educación: Universitario recibido en Ciencias de la Salud (Biología, Bioquímica, Biotecnología, Genética, Medicina…).
- Idiomas: inglés nivel intermedio/avanzado oral y escrito.
