Third Party Vendors, Employees, Business Units and other functions within Sanofi/Opella, Auditors, IC&P, EBI
Mission statements
The mission of “S2V India” is to be the best in class payable team within Sanofi/Opella verticals. India team will work for the best in class solutions at affordable cost to manage S2V activities for Indian Operations and to support GBS Global team members.
Duties & Responsibilities
·Ensures error free payment run
·Ensure reconciliation between actual payment run and proposal file. The difference if any needs to be identified with reason and resolved with the Managers and the vendors are paid on the same day
·To coordinate with treasury to ensure successful remittance to the vendors accounts
·Post payment reconciliation with the bank clearing GL
·To reverse the entries of unsuccessful transaction/stale cheque/cancelled cheques etc
·Ensure that Sanofi Opella and local policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, are complied with
·Resolve C2R tickets on time
·Resolve TnE oversight queries and audits on time
·Performs Month end closing activities
·Ensure Compliance and Internal Control standards are met as per SOPs
·To work with auditors and provide the required information and documentation and ensure that there are no negative remarks in audits
·To provide various MIS reports/ analytics / data to calculate S2V KPI Metrics
·To handle any other job as would come time to time.

·To handle queries of vendors and internal stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
·Should possess knowledge of Accounting, Tax, Control, and the implication in financial statement
·Understanding of Sanofi/Opella end to end S2V processes and compliances
·Good communication skills
·Proactive approach to solve problems
·Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
·Quick response time and tech savvy
Qualifications
Graduate or Master’s degree in Commerce/ Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
5+ years’ experience in an Accounting / Accounts Payable
Sanofi/Opella experience will be an added advantage
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
