İşin Amacı
İmmünoloji’de lider firma olmayı hedefleyen Sanofi’nin, bu alandaki saha ekibinde;
Ürünün pazar penetrasyonu ve satışını maksimize ederek bu kritik lansmanı hedeflerine ulaştırmak
Pazarlama, Medikal ve Müşteri Bağlılığı partnerleri ile müşterinin ihtiyacını en verimli ve etkili şekilde karşılamak üzere yakın ve yapıcı bir ortaklık geliştirmek
Ürün stratejisini sahada etkin şekilde hayata geçirmek
Satış hedefleri, ve kalitatif & kantitatif müşteri bağlılığı hedeflerine ulaşmak
Güçlü bir girişimci ruh ile müşteri odaklı ve veriye dayalı bir yaklaşım sergilemek
Tüm bunları yaparken “Hukuki Disiplin” sorumluluğuna harfiyen uyum göstermek
Görevler ve Sorumluluklar
Strateji
Türkiye İmmünoloji İş Birimi stratejisini, ülke çapındaki eğilimler ve lokal dinamiklere göre taktik uygulamalarla hayata geçirerek iş hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek.
Ürün medikal bilgisine, pazarlama stratejilerine ve müşteri içgörülerine hakimiyeti ile sorumlu olduğu bireysel bölgede lansmanın ve ürün penetrasyonunun en başarılı şekilde gerçekleşmesi için proaktif olarak harekete geçmek, fırsatları belirlemek ve çözümlemek.
Sorumlu olduğu bireysel bölgede sürekli ve derinlikli şekilde pazar ve rekabet takibini yaparak takım arkadaşlarını ve paydaşları proaktif şekilde yönlendirmek, uygulamalar yapmak.
İş süreçleri
Belirlenen hedefleme kriterleri doğrultusunda bireysel bölgesindeki hedef sağlık mesleği mensuplarına uygun sayıda ziyaret yapmak ve bu ziyaretlere ilişkin elektronik verilerin zamanında merkeze ulaşmasını sağlamak.
Tanıtımından sorumlu olduğu ürün ve rakipleri ile ilgili en doğru ve güncel medikal bilgiye sahip olmak ve bu bilgiyi müşteri ihtiyacına yönelik etkin, etik ve yasal mevzuata uygun bir şekilde kullanmak
Bütçesinin verimli kullanımından sorumlu olmak
Bireysel bölgesi için, belirlenen lansman ve müşteri bağlılığı stratejileri doğrultusunda, en uygun taktik ve etkinlik planını oluşturmak ve değişen pazar/müşteri dinamiklerine göre planları gözden geçirerek adapte edebilmek.
Yöneticisi ve Pazarlama Departmanı tarafından belirlenen hedeflere uygun olarak sağlık mesleği mensupları ile ürün tanıtım toplantılarını (slayt, yuvarlak masa, büyük toplantılar gibi) ve aktivitelerini planlamak, elektronik bölge yönetim sistemine girmek ve bu plan doğrultusunda ürünler ile ilgili sunumları organize etmek ve gerçekleştirmek.
Pazarlama ve Medikal paydaşları ile yapıcı bir ortaklık kurmak
FBT, segmentasyon, persona oluşturma, dijital tanıtım ve call plan ile uyumlu şekilde iş süreçlerini yürütmek
Satış hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek üzere sorumlu olduğu ürünler ile ilgili sağlık mesleği mensuplarına tanıtım faaliyetlerinde bulunmak.
Müşteri Yönetimi
Bireysel bölgesinde; hastalığın tanı ve tedavisine dahil olan fikir liderleriyle, hekimlerle, ve diğer sağlık mesleği mensuplarıyla güçlü ve güvenilir ilişkiler geliştirmek, yakın çalışma içinde olmak.
Bölgesindeki ulusal ve/veya lokal fikir liderlerinin ürün hakkında birer sözcü olmalarını sağlamak
Takım
Lansmanı hayata geçirecek satış ekibinin bir parçası olarak, bireysel bölgesi ve ötesini düşünen bir “takım arkadaşı” olmak
Bireysel bölgesinde ve İmmünoloji takımı genelinde sürekli olarak takım verimliliğini artırmaya yönelik katkı sunmak
Takımını ve şirketi ulusal bilimsel sempozyumlarda temsil etmek
