Principales Responsabilidades:
Ser el protagonista en proponer, desarrollar iniciativas y proyectos de diferente alcance a nivel médico/diagnóstico que involucren áreas internas de la compañía. Responsabilizándose del desarrollo de la zona y contribuyendo de manera sobresaliente a la implementación de la omnicanalidad, excediendo las expectativas esperadas (Ir mas allá). Implementar las estrategias de mercadeo para generar la sospecha a través de pruebas diagnósticas que permitan la identificación de pacientes con Enfermedad de Gaucher, trabajando en los pilares estratégicos de la marca. Lograr el posicionamiento de los productos a cargo por medio de un alto conocimiento científico.
Esta posición reporta directamente al Commercial Lead de Enfermedad de Gaucher
Desarrollar el panel a cargo, logrando una transformación y cambio en los comportamientos de los médicos, por medio de pasos incrementales desde un nivel inicial de conocimiento de la patología a ser expertos en el manejo de la misma dentro de las zonas asignadas (Antioquia y zona de correrías).
Hacer seguimiento a los pasos incrementales por parte del target alineados con la estrategia planeada por Marketing, así como la implementación adecuada del customer journey.
Analizar las oportunidades de su zona para plantear y proponer proyectos diferenciales e innovadores que generen valor y contribuyan a los resultados del negocio.
Tener un alto nivel de conocimiento de la patología del producto asegurando una visita de alto valor en cuanto a contenido científico para los médicos y principales stakeholders.
Transmitir los mensajes de manera activa que genere impacto utilizando correctamente la técnica de ventas de la compañía y administrando adecuadamente el material promocional de acuerdo al target médico y necesidades especificas
Implementar mensualmente la planeación del OCCP de acuerdo a los customer journey y por los diferentes canales digitales.
Traer insights del mercado y compartirlos oportunamente con Medical y Marketing para anticiparnos y generar planes de acción que lleven al logro de los objetivos propuestos.
Desarrollar habilidades enfocadas en Multichanel Engagement por los diferentes canales digitales establecidos por Sanofi para contacto con los médicos y entender y segmentar los intereses, nivel de conocimiento, objetivo con cada uno de ellos y preferencia de canal de comunicación de los médicos.
Establecer comunicación adecuada con las áreas de soporte a nivel interno para agregar valor a nivel externo.
Cumplir KPIs establecidos en Workday para la zona asignada
Crear y mantener interacciones de valor con los diferentes stakeholders (Panel, KOL) externos que permita facilitar la identificación, mantenimiento y tratamiento.
Desarrollar los proyectos prioritarios acordados en la unidad de negocio de enfermedades raras de manera ágil en el territorio.
Acerca de ti
Experiencia: Experiencia en visita médica en la industria farmacéutica. Experiencia en el manejo de productos de alto costo, conocimiento del panel médico asociado a la enfermedad (Enfermedades Raras, Enfermedad de Gaucher).
Competencias: Habilidades para interacciones digitales, comunicación efectiva y científica, alta iniciativa (proactividad, pensar fuera de la caja, resiliencia ante el cambio, recursividad, alternativas).
Habilidades técnicas: Habilidades digitales (omnicanalidad).
Educación: Pregrado en carreras administrativas o ciencias de la salud
Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio
