As an HR Projects and Analytics Coordinator, you’ll drive data-informed decisions, coordinate key talent and engagement initiatives, and ensure the smooth execution of people-related projects and processes.

Main responsibilities:
People Analytics & Reporting
Follow-up on people priorities, prepare and maintain HR dashboards and metrics using Workday, and other digital tools such as Plai and Visier
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and insights for people topics, talent reviews and succession planning
Create compelling presentations and reports for leadership meetings and talent forums
Support data quality initiatives by conducting regular reviews of P&C data in workday
Talent Management & Development
Coordinate talent review processes by preparing materials, scheduling sessions, and tracking action items
Support the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) in Workday
Assist in organizing learning initiatives and tracking participation rates
Maintain talent pools database and follow up on development actions
Employee Experience & Engagement
Help analyze Your Voice and Pulse surveys results and create presentation materials
Track implementation of action plans and prepare progress updates
Support the organization of employee engagement initiatives
Assist in creating internal communications materials
Project Support
Support change management initiatives by preparing communication materials and tracking implementation milestones
Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects by maintaining project trackers and following up on deadlines
Recruitment
Track recruitment KPIs and prepare regular status updates
Support recruitment processes follow-up with TA
Administrative & Team Support
Coordinate team meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
Support the preparation of P&C communications and presentations
Follow up on pending actions and maintain action logs
About you
- Soft and technical skills:
- Analytical thinking, organization, good interpersonal skills
- Project management fundamentals
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Cultural awareness and ability to work in diverse, international teams
- Digital savviness: Comfort with digital tools and platforms, and ability to leverage technology in HR processes
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to think creatively, and willingness to take initiative on projects
- Education: Master's degree in HR or Business
- Languages: English fluent, French intermediate

Principales responsabilités:
Analytique RH et Reporting
Assurer le suivi des priorités RH, préparer et maintenir des tableaux de bord et indicateurs RH à l’aide de Workday et d’autres outils digitaux tels que Plai et Visier
Analyser les données de la main-d'œuvre pour identifier des tendances et insights en lien avec les sujets RH, les revues de talents et la planification de la relève
Créer des présentations percutantes et des rapports pour les réunions de direction et les forums de talents
Soutenir les initiatives d’amélioration de la qualité des données en réalisant des vérifications régulières des données RH dans Workday
Gestion et Développement des Talents
Coordonner les processus de revue des talents en préparant les supports, planifiant les sessions et assurant le suivi des actions
Soutenir la mise en œuvre des Plans de Développement Individuels (PDI) dans Workday
Aider à l’organisation des initiatives de formation et au suivi des taux de participation
Maintenir la base de données des viviers de talents et assurer le suivi des actions de développement
Expérience Collaborateur et Engagement
Contribuer à l’analyse des résultats des enquêtes Your Voice et Pulse, et à la création des supports de présentation
Suivre la mise en œuvre des plans d’action et préparer des mises à jour sur l’avancement
Soutenir l’organisation d’initiatives d’engagement des collaborateurs
Participer à la création de supports de communication interne
Support aux Projets
Accompagner les initiatives de gestion du changement en préparant les supports de communication et en suivant les jalons de mise en œuvre
Aider à la coordination des projets transverses en maintenant les outils de suivi et en assurant le respect des échéances
Recrutement
Suivre les indicateurs clés (KPIs) de recrutement et préparer des mises à jour régulières
Appuyer le suivi des processus de recrutement avec l’équipe Talent Acquisition
Support Administratif et Équipe
Coordonner les réunions d’équipe et préparer les ordres du jour et comptes rendus
Contribuer à la préparation des communications et présentations RH
Suivre les actions en attente et maintenir les registres d’actions
À propos de vous
- Savoir-être et savoir-faire :
- Esprit d'analyse, sens de l'organisation, aisance relationnelle
- Principes fondamentaux de la gestion de projet
- Capacité à collecter, analyser et interpréter les données RH afin d'éclairer la prise de décision et de favoriser les résultats de l'entreprise

- Capacité à travailler au sein d'équipes diverses et internationales
- Aisance avec les outils et plateformes numériques et capacité à tirer parti de la technologie dans les processus RH

- Formation : bac +5 en ressources humaines ou en commerce
