About the Opportunity
The role of Iberia Brand Activation Intern for the Cough category is part of the Western Europe Brand team, focusing on the well-known and beloved brands Bisolvon and Mucosolvan/Mucosan in Portugal and Spain. We offer a fixed-term contract for one year, with the position based in Portugal.
We are looking for a consumer-oriented, performance-driven, communicative, and analytical candidates who are passionate about consumer healthcare. It provides an opportunity to contribute to short- and mid-term executional excellence, helping Opella become the leading Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare company in and for the world.
The position involves working in a dynamic and international team, closely collaborating with the Brand Manager for Iberia and the Western Europe Zone team, as well as colleagues from key local functions: Sales, Media, Shopper, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply.
Key responsibilities
1/ Support developing & implementing consumer campaigns
Support in the development of creativities (TV, Digital etc.) & promotional materials (Project management: retro timing, briefing, rounds of feedbacks)
Support in external events
Supervision (download, changes, approval) of promotional materials in local and Health Authorities systems
2/ Tracking & Analysis
Tracking & Analysis of the market & competition
Tracking & Analysis of the media plans
Tracking and analysis of promotional actions
Support in operational tasks
3/ Participation in sales meetings
Define key messages, create presentations, and be able to present during the meeting
4/ Build Transversal and External Relationships
Build working relationships with key local stakeholders and agencies developing a strong knowledge of market and business needs and ensuring clarity in communication
Essential requirements:
- Education:
Business School or Bac - Ideally with focus on Marketing
- Languages:
Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is an advantage
Professional Experience and specific knowledge:
Good level of MS Office applications (Excel, PPT essential)
Previous experience as an intern in FMCG / OTC company is a plus
