Als Praktikant*in im Bereich Medical Affairs & Medical Compliance erhalten Sie wertvolle Einblicke in die vielfältigen Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben des medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Bereichs von Sanofi-Aventis (Schweiz) AG mit den Themenbereichen Arzneimittelinformation, Arzneimittelwerbung, Eventorganisation, Pharmakovigilanz, klinische Studien, Medical Affairs sowie Medical Management und unterstützen das Team bei unterschiedlichen Themen.

Hauptaufgaben:
- Unterstützung des Medical Compliance Officers im Bereich Trainings, Awareness und Kommunikation
- Übernahme eigener kleinerer Projekte im Bereich Medical Compliance als aktiver Teil des Medical Compliance Teams
- Erstellung von PowerPoint-Präsentationen und Schulungsmaterial für verschiedene Compliance Themen sowie Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Schulungen
- Instandhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Wissensarchiv zu Compliancefragen (Medical Compliance Sharepoint)
- Unterstützung bei Complianceanfragen aus den verschiedenen Business Units
- Unterstützung bei Sponsoring und Referentenverträgen in den verschiedenen Indikationsbereichen
- Unterstützung von cross-funktionalen Projekten (mit Marketing, Scientific Communication und Value, Access & Policy
- Möglichkeit zur Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Organisation und inhaltlichen Vor- und Nachbereitung von medizinischen Veranstaltungen mit den Kollegen aus den Medical Teams (z.B. Kongresse, Workshops, Advisory Boards, etc.)
Über Sie
Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Bereich klinische Forschung ist von Vorteil
Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten
- Generelle Affinität zu digitalen Lösungsansätzen bei medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen und Projekten
- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und Arbeiten auf Distanz
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
- Teamplayer mit einem hohen Mass an Eigeninitiative und Eigenständigkeit
- Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Leidenschaft in kurzer Zeit ehrgeizige Ziele zu erreichen
Ausbildung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Masterabschluss in Humanmedizin, Pharmazie oder anderen Naturwissenschaften)
Sprachen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sie wohnen in der Schweiz
- Arbeitspensum: Idealerweise 40 Stunden/Woche
- Standort: Rotkreuz (3 Tage die Woche) und Homeoffice
- Startdatum ab 01.06.2025 (oder zu vereinbaren) für 12 Monate Maximum
- Praktikum mit Vergütung
