Job Purpose
Korea being the lead market for Cenovis, this position will play a key role in achieving brand objectives for the largest business size in Sanofi CHC Korea. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable, winning innovation that drives revenue, profit and share at a pace. Also, this position will contribute in shaping Cenovis Innovation strategy that will influence AMEA region and the Global. He/she will be a team member of KR Brand & Innovation team and work closely with the AMEA region, ASEA zone as well.
Organization Context
This position will directly report to ASEA Zone Cenovis Brand Lead
Key Accountabilities
Identify brand growth opportunities and work with cross-functional teams at a local and zone level, as well as external agencies to deliver scalable, winning innovation that drives revenue, profit and share at a pace.
Facilitate internal ideas generation with cross functional teams to develop new product ideas and create winning concepts to maintain a continuous flow of insights and ideas to strengthen our base and fuel innovation.
Be accountable for the successful pipeline delivery through the business gate cycle and commercial targets.
Identify portfolio simplification and optimization opportunities in cross collaboration with M&S and D2V (Design-to-Value) teams.
Identify renovation, commercial innovation and sustainability initiatives to drive brand growth and expansion.
Responsible for the brand innovation budget allocation among the projects, ensure transparency of spend against meaningful initiatives and trade-offs, valuing projects for financial scale, accuracy and probability of success.
Own NPD projects from concept to launch; seeking out the optimized solution of product, pack and execution working closely with a cross-functional team (Science Hub, Finance, CMI, M&S, Legal, Procurement, etc.).
Define launch plans in coordination with the local brand managers and Zone Brand Lead and post-launch evaluation with actionable insights to build learnings into future plans.
Own and build the business cases through the gate process in cooperation with Finance and aligned with the innovation thresholds.
Guarantee compliance with Sustainability KPIs.
Achieve annual sales, profit and market share target through strong execution of marketing programs.
Contributing to the corporate planning cycle, providing strategic input to long term plans.
Lead ad hoc strategic projects that contributes to brand growth in short & long term.
About you
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: University degree or above (major in business or marketing related subject is desirable)
Experience & Knowledge:
Require at least 6 years of experience in FMCG marketing or brand innovation and brand-building roles within a renowned multinational company
Experience of a new product launch
Brand/Product management experience in Health Functional Food(건강기능식품) will be a plus
Project management experience with regional and international HQ is a plus
Experience of managing external suppliers
