Propósito del rol:
Realizar los procesos de FABRICACIÓN y/o ACONDICIONAMIENTO en el área productiva correspondiente, cumpliendo los Criterios y Requerimientos de Seguridad, Medio Ambiente, Calidad, Integridad de Datos, Costo y de Servicio al Cliente en la ejecución de los Programas de Producción; con apego a los Procedimientos Normalizados de Operación y Estándares establecidos. Aplicación del Sistema de Gestión Integral (SGI), de acuerdo con sus funciones y responsabilidades descritas en el manual, procedimientos y demás documentaciones aplicables.
Responsabilidades:
- Realizar de manera efectiva, los Cambios de formato (armado y desarmado), Operación y Ajustes de la maquinaria y equipos periféricos utilizados en los procesos de Fabricación y/o Acondicionamiento del área que le sea asignada
- Realizar los Controles de Proceso establecidos en los Procedimientos de Fabricación y/o Acondicionamiento, respetando las frecuencias indicadas en los mismos, los parámetros de operación, y las indicaciones de verificación y comprobación de los Procedimientos Normalizados de Operación correspondientes.
- Participar en el desarrollo de Auditorias y autoinspecciones
- Ejecutar la limpieza de las áreas, equipos y equipos periféricos del área que le sea asignada, con apego a los Procedimientos Normalizados de Operación correspondientes y tiempos establecidos.
- Asegurar el seguimiento, cumplimiento y documentación de los estándares e indicadores de productividad
- Cierre de las órdenes de producción y notificaciones en el sistema a tiempo.
Requisitos:
Experiencia Previa
Experiencia en Industria Químico Farmacéutica, enfocado al cumplimiento del
programa de producción; así como operador multifuncional.
Escolaridad Carrera técnica, preparatoria.
Conocimientos Técnicos
Buenas prácticas de fabricación, Conocimiento práctico de procesos farmacéuticos,
maquinaria de manufactura y acondicionamiento de medicamentos; fundamentos de TPM y
herramientas Lean Manufacturing
