Sanofi ist ein globales pharmazeutisches Unternehmen mit dem Fokus auf wesentliche therapeutische Bereiche wie Spezialtherapeutika und Impfstoffe. Die Specialty Care Business Unit von Sanofi entwickelt wegweisende Therapien für seltene und schwer behandelbare Erkrankungen und fokussiert sich auf vier verschiedene Arbeitsbereiche: Immunologie mit Rheumatologie, Dermatologie und Atemwegserkrankungen, Multiple Sklerose, Onkologie und seltene Erkrankungen.
Für unseren Standort in Wien suchen wir ab sofort für mind. 12 Monate einen Werkstudierenden (m/w/d) für die administrative Unterstützung des Medical Affairs Teams. Die Stundenzahl ist verhandelbar, mind. 15 Stunden pro Woche wären wünschenswert.
Über die Stelle:
Aufgabenbeschreibung
- Backoffice Support und administrative Unterstützung des Medical Teams Neurologie/ Rheumatologie und Onkologie
- Eigenständige Verwaltung von Veranstaltungen im Eventmanagementsystem (Anlegen, Aktualisieren und Nachverfolgen)
- Betreuung des Lebenszyklus von Werbematerialien im Freigabesystem (u.a. Einstellung, Verwaltung im Freigabeprozess)
- Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Beschaffungsvorgängen in Abstimmung mit dem Team
- Aktive Anwendung moderner KI-gestützter Assistenzsysteme für Recherche und tägliche Arbeitsabläufe
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Dokumentation und Einhaltung der Compliance-Richtlinien
- Unterstützung bei funktionsübergreifenden Projekten (z.B. mit Marketing)
- Terminkoordination
Über Sie:
Anforderungen & Qualifikationen
- Naturwissenschaftliches oder wirtschaftliches Studium mit Interesse an der Arbeit in einer Vertriebsorganisation
- Hohes Interesse für pharmazeutische Abläufe
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln
- Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Souveränes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
- Sichere Anwendung von Standardsoftware (MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint) und Interesse an der Arbeit mit Datenbanksystemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Word und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
