The CEE Medical Lead is responsible for driving and coordinating medical initiatives within the region. This includes developing and leading the Medical Strategic Plan, managing relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), defining the brand's unique scientific positioning, and effectively communicating evidence to make complex scientific information accessible, clear, and impactful for both HCPs and consumers.

Your role:

  • Lead the development and execution of the medical strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Define the brand’s scientific and medical positioning and communicate its unique value to stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, thought leaders, and other stakeholders to support brand objectives.
  • Represent the company at scientific events and conferences, ensuring effective communication of brand insights.
  • Oversee the creation and dissemination of scientific data and evidence to support brand positioning and differentiation.
  • Ensure that scientific communication is clear, accurate, and accessible to internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure that all medical activities and communications comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external inquiries regarding medical information.

Your profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Advanced degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences discipline.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing medical strategies.
  • Strong background in managing relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in driving high-level medical strategy, aligning objectives across functions, and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of clinical data and therapeutic areas, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable insights and communications.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other high-level stakeholders, influencing brand advocacy.
  • Deep understanding of global regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of compliance in all medical activities and communications.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex scientific data and drive strategic decision-making, balancing scientific integrity with business objectives.
