Şirket amaçları ve değerleri doğrultusunda sorumluluğundaki Nadir Hastalıkların farkındalığını artırmak ve ruhsatlı ürünler için kendisine verilmiş olan (bireysel) hedeflerini gerçekleştirerek, müşteri odaklı çalışma yöntemiyle bölge hedefinin realizasyonuna katkı sağlayacak Bölge Bilimsel Tanıtım Sorumlusu aramaktayız.
Ana sorumluluklar:
- Satış hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek üzere sorumlu olduğu ürünler ile ilgili hedef sağlık mesleği mensuplarına tanıtım faaliyetlerinde bulunmak.
- Türkiye’deki seçilmiş medikal servislere saha desteği sağlamak; Gaucher hastalığının tanı ve tedavisine dahil olan fikir liderleriyle, hekimlerle, hasta dernekleriyle, hastane eczaneleri ve diğer sağlık mesleği mensuplarıyla yakın çalışmak.
- Belirlenen hedefleme ve bölümleme kriterlerini esas alarak ziyaret sayısını gerçekleştirmek.
- Sorumlu olduğu bölgedeki gelişmeleri, rekabeti ve dinamikleri yakın takip ederek bilgi akışını sağlamak. Düzenli durum analiz yaparak saha aksiyon planlarını gerçekleştirmek ve gerektiğinde dönüştürmek.
- Proje odaklı yaklaşım sergileyerek hedeflerine ulaşmak için fark yaratma odağını sergilemek
- Müşteri odaklı bütünleşik kanal orkestrasyonunu benimseyerek ürün tanıtımlarını gerçekleştirmek
- Tanıtımından sorumlu olduğu ürünlerle ilgili en doğru ve güncel medikal bilgiye sahip olmak ve bu bilgiyi müşteri ihtiyacına yönelik etkin, etik ve yasal mevzuata uygun bir şekilde kullanmak; ürünlerle ilgili her türlü Advers İlaç Etkisi ve teknik şikâyeti takip etmek.
- Ekip içerisinde ve ekipler arasında bilgi akışını sağlamak ve sinerji yaratmak
- Bütçesinin verimli kullanımından sorumlu olmak
- Bireysel bölgesinde; hastalığın tanı ve tedavisine dahil olan fikir liderleriyle, hekimlerle ve diğer sağlık mesleği mensuplarıyla güçlü ve güvenilir ilişkiler geliştirmek, yakın çalışma içinde olmak.

- 4 Yıllık Lisans derecesi
- Sürücü belgesine sahip olmak ve aktif olarak araç kullanmak
- MS Office uygulamalarına hakimiyet
- Güçlü İletişim becerisi ve analitik bakış açısı

- Yüksek etkileme becerileri,
