En tant qu' un Chargé demande client au sein de notre équipe Customer Fulfilment, vous contribuerez à manager de la chaîne logistique est d’améliorer l’efficacité des processus de la chaîne logistiqueglobale afin de satisfaire les attentes de ses clients. Il met en place des solutions logistiques en adéquation avec lesorientations stratégiquesde l’entreprise et les attentes de ses clients, comme la livraison express ou la livraison par drone.
Principales responsabilités:
- Travailler à la satisfaction du service client, notamment par le respect des délais et des quantités livrées
- Assurer un haut niveau continue de customer service and maximiser les opportunités business
- Coordonner les projets supply chain
- Entretenir un dialogue permanent avec les autres départements du site pour ajuster le planning et en améliorer l’efficacité
- Mener des négociations avec les clients : dates, quantités à fabriquer, circuit de stockage à définir, niveaux de stockage à disposer.
- Communiquer les priorités de libérations et le planning de libération PF avec les différents services concernés et s'assurer du respect des délais.
- Coordonner les expéditions Export avec l’équipe SC Marché, pour respecter les engagements industriels
- Suivi et analyse des réalisations (retards, ruptures, Commentaires, etc)
- En cas de situation critique, assurer un échange permanent avec les services concernés et contribuer à la définition des allocations de produits
- Proposer des solutions d’organisation pour améliorer la performance dans son périmètre de responsabilité
- Animer la réunion process Confirmation Check In/Check Out SC
- Animer la réunion Commitment board
- Mettre en place un tableau de bord regroupant les différents indicateurs de performance lié au service client
- Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour permanente du TB service clients
- Mettre à jour les fichiers SC : Hypercare, MPS One page et Stocks (1 fois/semaine)
- Participer aux différentes réunions et TC SC au sujet des OOS, Monthly Comitee, ..
- Mettre en place un programme de visual management au sein de la direction AI pour la communication des différents indicateurs SC (Rupture, ISL Rag, etc)
- Assurer le reporting régulier de son activité auprès de sa hiérarchie et communiquer l’information auprès de ses équipes
- Gestion de la planification des sous-traitants externes
- Garantir l’exactitude qualitative et quantitative des stocks et des mouvements physiques et informatiques des sous-traitants
- Suivre le planning de production des sous-traitants
- Assurer l’exactitude des stocks entre le physique et l’informatique
- Saisir sur le système les déclarations de production des sous-traitants ainsi que les consommations des composants
- Suivi des transports et des flux physiques MP/AC et PF avec les sous-traitants
- Suivi des correspondances administratives et qualité avec les sous-traitants
- Organisation de réunions régulières (2 fois par mois au moins) avec les sous-traitants
- Gestion des inventaires au niveau des stocks sous-traitants
- Assurer l’aspect qualité et HSE de l’activité
- Backup du SC manager pour les réunions TM etS&OP
À propos de vous
Expérience : 3 a 5 ans experience.
Formation : Ingenieurie ou Maitirse en Supply Chain
Langues : Francais et Anglais
