Nosso Time
Neste cargo você terá a chance de contribuir com a tratamento das reclamações de consumidores OPELLA, suportando a liderança na garantia dos processos em escopo, para que produtos estejam em conformidade com os Padrões de Qualidade Global Sanofi e requisitos BPx regulados pela Autoridade Sanitária aplicáveis e produtos, informações e serviços garantindo eficiência e segurança.
Atuando nesta posição, você apoiará nas prioridades de negócio OPELLA em parceria com as áreas Regulatória, Médica, Farmacovigilância, Marketing, Comercial, Jurídico e outras áreas comerciais.
Responsabilidades principais:
Atuar nas reclamações de qualidade dos produtos CHC recebidas do mercado pela Afiliada de acordo com os processos, padrões e ferramentas apropriadas da OPELLA em conexão com as funções de Qualidade Global da CHC em questão;
Atuar na abertura e encerramento de reclamações técnicas para produtos Afiliados CHC de parceiros internos e externos (incluindo Social Media e Pesquisa de Mercado) para que todas as reclamações técnicas sejam reportadas e concluídas dentro do prazo estabelecido;
Suportar para que todas as reclamações técnicas consideradas críticas sejam devidamente geridas e prioritárias, comunicadas imediatamente a todos os locais de produção envolvidos;
Suportar processo de reclamações de amostras devolvidas e enviadas aos locais de fabricação realizados por terceiros, garantindo que as amostras de reclamação foram recebidas pelos locais dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;
Suportar a gerencia para que as análise de tendências de reclamações de produtos e detecção de sinais sejam reportadas e contribuindo com o plano de ações para redução das reclamações;
Contribuir nos projetos de qualidade relacionados a simplificação de processos e digitalização;
Contribuir com iniciativas relacionadas a Cultura de Qualidade e nas divulgações das ações em canais de comunicação internas.
Suportar nos processos de treinamento de Vendors e controles de treinamentos e reconciliação.
Manter o conhecimento e cumprir com os princípios de Ética e Integridade, políticas da Sanofi e códigos de conduta que regulam o mercado farmacêutico.
Cumprir e promover as políticas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE) da Sanofi, com objetivo de prevenir ocorrência de acidentes, evitar riscos para a saúde, promover o bem-estar dos colaboradores e reduzir os impactos ambientais resultantes da execução de atividades do trabalho.
Apoiar a estratégia e as iniciativas de Diversidade e Inclusão da Sanofi para assegurar que todos os colaboradores e parceiros sejam tratados com respeito e recebam oportunidades iguais.
Sobre Você
Experiência & conhecimento: Cursando Nível Superior na área de Farmácia, Áreas de Saúde ou Engenharia Produção ou Química ;
Domínio em utilização de sistemas informatizados e software de aplicação padrão (Windows, MS Office). Power BI será um diferencial.
Inglês (intermediário a fluente), facilidade de escrita e fala.
Competências e habilidades: Cooperação transversal, Trabalho em time, Compromisso com os Clientes, Flexível, Criatividade, Empenho pelos Resultados.
